Sadd Tonsavanh, General Manager

Born in Thakhek, Laos and raised in Kansas City , Sadd has been spreading warmth and running restaurants with the Liberda family since 2006. She’s the smiling force who keeps the dining room calm, the guests happy, and the chaos in check, usually with nothing more than kindness, and a sense of humor.

While she manages the floor, she secretly stars as our in house therapist, professional table hugger, and proud Phad Thai Brisket spokesperson, it’s her favorite dish, and she happily converts newcomers into believers.

If you leave Buck Tui smiling, there’s a good chance Sadd had something to do with it.
